Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What do we need to bring?
  • Pets, grills, and any form of alcohol are NOT allowed
  • Cash to buy the Muddy Sunday T-shirt and concessions/beer!
  • ID- if you are drinking beer, everyone will get carded
  • Food and water- we do have concessions with all profits going to Habitat!
  • Lawn chairs and blankets- you will want something to sit on between games
  • Plastic bags- to keep all your wet and dirty things (and to sit on for the ride home)
  • Duct tape- to keep your shorts and shoes on!
  • Change of clothes
  • Sunscreen and something to provide shade (tent, umbrella, etc.)
What should we wear?

Old shoes - Tevas or sandals are not allowed.
Old clothes - You will probably be throwing away all the clothes you have worn during the event

Sunglasses - They will get dirty, but it prevents mud and sun getting in your eyes

Do we really have to wear shoes?

YES! In order to limit injuries, it is imperative that every player is wearing shoes. Try to find some old shoes you never want to wear again! NO flip flops. Any closed-toed footwear that will stay on your foot (probably with some duct tape) is acceptable. Players will not be allowed on the court if they are not wearing acceptable footwear.

How do I keep my camera safe and clean?

Bring your cameras for a couple before and after shots, but we will have a professional photographer getting action photos of every team. These pictures will be available for online purchase…the prices are very reasonable and all proceeds are benefiting Habitat for Humanity!

More information will be available in the days following the event, but if you want to learn more about the talented and generous photographer, Ben Stewart, go to his website: jbs.photoreflect.com
